Construction Inspectors Inc is an inspection firm specializing in servicing healthcare organizations and school districts. Born in San Diego County, CI is proud to be a part of our construction community. We have great respect for our partners in the building, architectural, and engineering fields.
Our team approach has been developed, over the last ten years, to be an asset in completing construction projects, on time and on budget. Not merely inspectors, we are the communication conduit for owners, designers, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction. The eyes and ears for the professional of record, we take pride in keeping these communication lines free-flowing.

Well-established relationships within the construction community are an essential part of the service we provide, including those with HCAI and DSA. Field staff are an intricate and important part of the construction process for public projects. Our success with any size project always includes working closely with members of these AHJ's. Management of their time on a worksite is an indispensable part of our service, and essential to a successful project.
Troy Perasco - Principal
An expert in the inspection of construction, Mr. Perasco is the Principal and owner of Construction Inspectors Inc. A CSU, Sacramento graduate, and CSLB licensed contractor since October, 2003, he continues adding a wide variety of experiences in the construction industry.
Working as a project inspector for San Diego Unified he helped expand their campuses during the Proposition MM buildout.
Mr. Perasco has since been an HCAI inspector since 2007 and continues consulting with the San Diego healthcare community.
